Suppliers must have at least three years of experience supplying medical gases to hospitals, provide proof of FBR registration and income tax returns for the last three years, and demonstrate a minimum annual bank turnover of PKR 1 million with supporting bank certificates. Earnest money of 2.5% of the bid value must be submitted via pay order or demand draft in the name of Medical Superintendent, Taluka Hospital Hala. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
