Taluka Hospital Hala invites sealed bids for the supply of medical and related items under a single stage one envelope procedure as per SPPRA rules 2010 (amended 2019). The procuring entity is Taluka Hospital Hala located in Hala, Sindh. Items being procured: - Supply of 15% L.P (Drug & Medicines) - Life Saving Medical Supplies - Purchase of Plant and Machinery Tender documents can be obtained from the hospital's procurement office from 14-09-2026 to 29-09-2026 between 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted by hand or mail on 29-09-2026 at 10:00 AM to the office of the Medical Superintendent Taluka Hospital Hala District Matiari. The bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Eligible bidders must have a valid NTN certificate and experience in the relevant field with a minimum turnover of Rs. 1 million during the last three years. A bid security of 2.5% of the total quoted value in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of the undersigned is required. Tender fees of Rs. 2000/- are non-refundable for each item category. All rates should be inclusive of all taxes as per government policy. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any tender subject to SPPRA rules 2010 (Amended 2019) and may cancel the tender at any time before awarding the contract as per rule-20 of SOORA rule 2010. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids including all required documents and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
