Supply of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Cargo at Port Qasim Karachi

Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL), owned by the Government of Pakistan, invites bids for the supply of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to meet the country's gas requirements. The procurement involves the supply of one (01) LNG cargo on a Delivered Ex-Ship (DES) basis at Port Qasim, Karachi, Pakistan. Items being procured: - One LNG cargo - Quantity per cargo: 140,000 m3 (+/-5%) with tolerance as per bid documents - Delivery period: 04 to 08 September 2026 The bid documents can be obtained from the office of Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL) either in person or by email request at procurement@paklng.com from the date of advertisement until 01 September 2026. Bidders must prepare their bids in accordance with the instructions in the bid documents. The completed bids must reach the office of PLL by 1400 hours PST on 01 September 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 1430 hours PST following PPRA rules. This tender is published on PPRA's website (www.ppra.org.pk) and PLL's website (www.paklng.com). Pakistan LNG Limited reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per rule 33 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bid documents for technical and commercial requirements including Earnest Money, FBR/ATL registration, and other eligibility criteria.
