Supply of Live Animals

The Director General Farms and Feed Resources Quetta is inviting bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of live animals. This procurement is specifically for the Quetta region under the Government of Balochistan. Items being procured: - Live Animals (Total Item(s) Count: 1) The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. The scope involves supplying healthy live animals with a warranty and guarantee certificate of 90 days on company letterhead ensuring replacement in case of infertility, disease, or pre-existing defects. The bidding firm must provide a bid security of 2% of the bid value in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank. The tender fee is PKR 1000. Eligibility criteria include having completed 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 10,000,000 in the last 3 years, with a turnover of at least PKR 10,000,000 in 3 subsequent previous years. The bidder must be on the Active Taxpayer List with a valid sales tax certificate and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permissible.
