Supply of Log Spares and Consumables for MRO at Avionics Production Factory Kamra

This tender notice invites sealed bids from sales tax registered suppliers listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, preferably registered with the PAC Board, for the supply of log spares and consumables required for Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) activities at the Avionics Production Factory, Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra. The procurement is specifically for the fiscal year 2026-27 and includes two main cases: Case No APF/786-A/1921/1/LOG/PC-06 and Case No APF/786-A/1921/1/LOG/PC-08. Items being procured: - Log Spares for MRO: 10 EA for PC-06 and 38 EA for PC-08 - Various electronic components including capacitors, resistors, connectors, amplifiers, diodes, transistors, ferrite beads, and other related parts as detailed in the tender document The technical offer must be submitted separately from the commercial offer, with the technical bid containing all relevant specifications, literature, and brochures without prices. Alternate or in-lieu items may be quoted but must be clearly identified. Earnest money of 5% of the quoted value is required via bank draft in favor of CMA (ISO) Rawalpindi, submitted with the technical offer in a separate envelope. All envelopes must be sealed and submitted together to the Managing Director at the Avionics Production Factory Kamra. The delivery period is four months after contract signing, with items to be delivered on DDP Kamra basis. Items must be factory new, from the current year's production, and come with a 12-month warranty. Inspection will be conducted by the concerned user and quality control at APF Kamra. Partial payments against partial deliveries are allowed. Performance Bank Guarantee of 10% of contract value is required within 15 days of contract signing, retained as warranty for one year. Bidders must provide country of manufacture and comply with all terms including submission of Treasury Challan of Rs 200 and valid sales tax and FBR registration documents. Offers will be rejected if incomplete, conditional, or if earnest money is not provided. The tender opening will be held on 31 August 2026 at 1200 Hrs at APF Kamra.
