Sealed quotations are invited for the supply of various items for the Public Sector Heavy Engineering Industry. The procurement includes the following items: - Lubricants - Industrial Vacuum Cleaner for Oil & Chips - Ballbar for Machine Tool Verification - Hydraulic & Pneumatic Components for CNC Machine - Adopters for Rotating Tools - Fittings/Accessories for Installation of Piping Network - Motor, Gearbox, VFD and Accessories - Lifting & Handling Tools (D-Shackle, C-Clamp & Magnetic Plate Clamp) - Machine Shop Accessories Tender documents containing specifications and terms & conditions can be obtained from the office of the Director (Procurement) on written request from Monday to Friday upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.1,000 each in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of Tender Fee Fund. No tender documents will be sold on the date of opening. Quotations along with 2% Earnest Money must reach the Director (Procurement) by 10:00 Hrs on the day before the tender opening. The public opening of bids will be held at 10:30 Hrs on the specified dates. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
