Supply of Machinery & Power Plant Items by SPH and BMC Quetta

The SPH and BMC Quetta invites eligible bidders for the supply of machinery and power plant items under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Machinery & Power Plant (Total Item(s) Count: 2) Procurements require bidders to have assignments of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 15,000,000 in the previous 5 years and turnover of at least PKR 30,000,000 in 2 subsequent previous years. Bidders must be present in the Active Tax Payer List and hold Sales Tax Certificates. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bid security of 2% is mandatory and must be submitted as a deposit at call from a scheduled bank. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Submission of bid security is essential; failure to provide it will result in disqualification. The bid security fee of 2% must be submitted in the form of a CDR in favor of the Project Director Revamping Projects of SPH & BMC. An affidavit declaring all documents as true and genuine, attested by a notary public, is required along with a warranty period of one year from the date of installation/commissioning. Specific experience of 400KVA or above generator with at least 2 completed projects in the last five years is mandatory. An audit report of the last two years by a registered auditor with ICAP is also required. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk.
