Supply and Maintenance of Mitsubishi Flatbed and MAN Dump Truck Spare Parts

The National Logistics Cell (NLC) Gilgit invites sealed applications for pre-qualification for the supply of spare parts and repair/maintenance services for Mitsubishi Flatbed and MAN Dump Truck vehicles. This procurement is critical for ongoing projects in Gilgit-Baltistan and will be conducted under PPRA rules. Interested suppliers and contractors must submit their applications along with a complete company profile demonstrating sufficient experience in vehicle maintenance and spare parts supply. Items being procured: - Mitsubishi Flatbed: Clutch plates and labour, complete engine and gear overhaul, oil seal, oil and oil filter, all body paint and rust-free coat, repair/fixing of broken parts and denting of cabin, Kamani repair, complete electric wiring and work, flat body frame work, flat body automatic ramp for loading/unloading machinery, lifting of flatbed from NLC yard to workshop, battery (140 AH – 12 V) - MAN Dump Truck: Clutch repair work, paint and anti-rust coat, electrical work (wiring/replacement of faulted lights/indicators), AC work, leather, oil and filter, oil seal, cabin repair/maintenance, under body bushes repair, transportation, battery (140 AH -12 V), water body replacement. The technical scope includes comprehensive mechanical and electrical repairs, bodywork, and replacement of critical components to ensure operational readiness of the vehicles. The work will be performed at designated workshops with lifting and transportation services included. Suppliers must be registered with FBR and possess relevant PEC categories for mechanical and electrical works. The tender submission deadline is **30 July 2026 at 1100 hours**.
