The submission deadline for all items is 21st July 2026, with specific cut-off times ranging from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM depending on the item category. The tender opening will follow immediately after submission deadlines on the same day. Bidders should ensure their technical and financial bids are complete and submitted in a single-stage two-envelope procedure. A 10% performance guarantee is required before the issuance of the supply order. Handwritten tender rates will not be accepted, so ensure all documents are professionally prepared.
