Earnest money amounting to 5% of the bid value is required in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit, payable to the Earnest Money Account, BINO, Bahawalpur. All applicable government taxes will be deducted or paid as per rules. Tender submissions must clearly mention the quotation reference number on the top right corner of the envelope. Tenders should reach the office before the opening date and time. The opening will be conducted in the presence of bidders or their authorized agents.
