Supply of Master Roll & Ink Black for Copy Printer and Toners for Photocopiers

The National University Of Modern Languages (NUML) Islamabad invites sealed tenders through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 from well reputed and GST registered firms for the supply of items to the main campus during the fiscal year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Master roll & ink black for copy printer (EZ221) - Toners for various photocopiers The procurement is for supplying consumables essential for the university's printing and photocopying needs. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with all terms and conditions available on the EPADS portal. The submission deadline for bids is **27th August, 2026 at 1100 Hrs**, with the opening scheduled on the same day at 1130 Hrs in the presence of available bidders. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of **Rs. 80,000/- for Lot-1** and **Rs. 20,000/- for Lot-2** in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on EPADS, and the original Bank Draft/Pay Order submitted physically along with the sealed proposal. A non-refundable tender fee of **Rs. 15,000/-** in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order must also be submitted to the office of the undersigned with the bid.
