Supply of MAZDA Bus Tires

The Govt College of Management Sciences Mansehra invites sealed tenders from eligible and reputable firms for the supply of MAZDA Bus Tires. This procurement follows the KPPRA rules under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Items being procured: - Tires for MAZDA Bus: Tires with Tube and Flap, Tire Size (7.50-16LT) (Ply 06), Fresh Manufactured or Import of year 2026, Quantity 06 The tires must meet the specified size and ply requirements and be either freshly manufactured or imported in the year 2026. Bidders must be registered with General Sales Tax and National Tax Number and be on the active taxpayer list (ATL). Tender documents can be downloaded from the KPPRA website or requested from the Transport Officer before the closing date with a non-refundable processing fee of Rs.500/-. All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Tender quotations should be submitted in separate envelopes clearly stating Technical and Financial proposals. A 2% CDR in the name of Principal GCMS Mansehra must accompany the bids. Prices quoted should include all applicable government taxes, which will be deducted at source. The tender opening will be held on 28 October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the undersigned. The quoted prices will remain valid until the end of the contract. Interested workshops must have at least 5 years of relevant experience and provide a non-blacklisting certificate on Rs. 100/- stamp paper confirming no blacklisting by any government or semi-government organization.
