The Chief Minister Secretariat in Karachi is procuring a comprehensive range of items and services for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement includes meals catering services, manpower for janitorial duties, miscellaneous food stuff, stationery, printing, uniforms, and gift items. They should have a minimum turnover of Rs. 35 million per annum and at least five years of relevant experience. Bidders must submit a bid security of 5% of the total quoted bid value and comply with all tender conditions including submission of audited financial statements and tax returns for the last five years. The deadline for bid submission is 29th June 2026 before 01:00 pm, with bids to be opened the same day at 02:00 pm in the Committee Room of the Chief Minister Secretariat, Karachi. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system. The Secretariat emphasizes that all bidders must quote inclusive of GST, Income Tax, and Sindh Sales Tax. No negotiations will be entertained, so bidders are advised to submit their best and final prices.
