Supply of Medical Equipment and Accessories

The Directorate General of Social Welfare and Special Education Balochistan is inviting bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of medical equipment and accessories in Quetta. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and requires bidders to be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA Balochistan. Items being procured: - Medical Equipment and Accessories (Total Item(s) Count: 1) The procurement scope includes supply of specialized medical equipment and accessories suitable for social welfare and special education institutions. The bidding firm must have a proven track record with assignments of similar nature and complexity amounting to PKR 10,000,000 in the previous 3 years and a turnover of at least PKR 19,875,000 in the last 3 subsequent years. The firm must be present on the Active Taxpayer List and hold a valid Sales Tax Certificate. Blacklisted firms are not eligible. Joint ventures are allowed. The bidder must have an active office with at least 3 years of audited financial reports from a reputed Chartered Accountants firm. Experience in welfare and development projects in at least 3 districts of Balochistan with completed project work of PKR 3 crores in each of the last 3 years is mandatory. PEC Code ME-06 specialized in Medical Equipment is required. The tender fee is PKR 2,000 and bid security is 2% of the bid value, to be submitted as a deposit at call from a scheduled bank.
