Tender Description
The Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan Institute of Cardiology in Kach Mor Quetta invites eligible bidders for the supply of medical equipment and accessories. This procurement is specifically for medical equipment and accessories with a total item count of 69. The bidding process requires electronic submission only; no physical bids will be accepted. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List and hold a valid sales tax certificate. Joint ventures are not permissible. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Authorization from the manufacturer or importer in favor of the bidder is required, along with registration or provisional certificate from the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan.
Additional conditions include non-declaration of substandard or adulterated products within the last two years, pricing below trade price for bulk orders, contract service within two months of supply order, shelf-life requirements of 75% to 80% for cardiac disposables, and agreement to replace disposable items as needed.
