Supply of Medical Gas, OT Anaesthesia Items, Laboratory Chemicals, Washing Items, Contingency Items, Repair Services, Bedding, Medicines, Stationery and Petroleum Lubricants for Generator by Government Maternity Hospital Peshawar

Government Maternity Hospital (GMH), Peshawar invites electronic bids via EPADS through single stage single envelope from bidders registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for supply of items for the financial year 2026-27. Complete quotations must be submitted via EPADS before 10-09-2026 by 10:30 AM, when bids will be opened electronically in presence of Purchase Committee and bidders or their representatives at the Medical Superintendent's office, GMH Peshawar. Items being procured: - Medical Gas (Oxygen Gas) refilling - OT Anaesthesia items - Laboratory chemicals / Reagents items - Washing items - Contingency items - Repair of machine and equipment - Bedding & clothing - Local purchase of medicines - Repair of furniture - Stationery items - Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants (POL) for generator The procurement covers supply of medical gases, anesthesia and laboratory chemicals, washing and contingency items, repair services for machines and furniture, bedding, medicines, stationery, and petroleum lubricants for generator use. Bidders must submit bids online via EPADS and also provide bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) to the Medical Superintendent's office before closing. The CDR must be issued by scheduled banks in favor of the Medical Superintendent GMH Peshawar. Preference will be given to local firms and suppliers. Bidders must have valid Income Tax, Sales Tax, and KPRA registration certificates. Medicines will be purchased locally based on highest discount rates, with preference to nearest pharmacies or medical stores ensuring 24/7 availability. Bids must be valid for 60 days after submission. Alternate rates or bids without specifications will be rejected. Bid documents uploaded on EPADS must bear authorized representative's stamp and signature with contact details. The successful bidder will sign an agreement with the Medical Superintendent. In case of tie bids, selection will be by open draw. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPR rules. Supply must be completed within stipulated periods as per supply orders. Bidders are advised to carefully follow submission instructions and ensure bid security is submitted timely to avoid rejection. Early preparation of CDR and complete documentation will facilitate smooth participation.
