Supply of Medical Gases with Services and Maintenance Contract for Financial Year 2026-2027

Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore invites bids for the supply of medical gases along with services and maintenance contract for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement is managed by the Department of Biomedical Engineering & Pharmacy and Central Medical Store at Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore. Items being procured: - Liquid Medical Oxygen - Compressed Medical Gases - Maintenance of cylinders and pipelines system - Installation of Liquid Oxygen Storage Tank (VIE) - Medical Grade Gases including Nitrous Oxide, Entonox, Nitrogen, Argon, Carbon Dioxide, and Liquid Nitrogen/Cryo Gases - Central Medical Gases Vacuum System including Vacuum Pumps, Compressed Air Compressors with Refrigerated Air Dryers System including filters & cartridges, compressor oil, and hospital owned liquid oxygen VIE Tank inclusive of all parts, accessories, and attachments The scope includes installation, calibration, pharmacovigilance, logistics and distribution, quality checks, preventive maintenance, and training for nominated healthcare and technical professionals. The successful firm must comply with EU Pharmacopoeia standards and provide certificates of conformity and analysis for all gases. The contract includes annual maintenance and service of the central medical gases pipeline system and related equipment. Eligibility criteria require original manufacturers of liquid oxygen gas with required VIE tanks free of cost, or manufacturers, sole agents, or distributors of other medical grade gases. Firms must have a minimum five-year business history, valid PEC registration, and must not be blacklisted. Earnest money in the form of CDR of Rs. 4,300,000/- is required. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS of PPRA (Federal) Vol. 2.0, and hard copies must be submitted in book binding form with proper separators. The last date for submission is Thursday, 22 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with tender opening at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore.
