Tender Description
The Tehsil Headquarter (Cat-B) Hospital Dargai Malakand invites sealed online e-bids from PPRA/DSD registered firms for the fiscal year 2026-27 under Single Stage One Envelope Bidding procedure as per KPPRA rules. The procurement is for a variety of medical and hospital items to support the hospital's operations in Dargai Malakand.

- Local purchase of Emergency Medicine, Surgical & Vaccines from regular Budget
- Schist Subset Program with Dialysis Items in percentage
- Medical gas/Oxygen Cylinder/Related Items
- Laboratory Chemicals, Apparatus and RR Basis special chemistry Machine
- Surgical Disposables, ECG, Ultrasound and OT Items
- Other Contingencies (Washing, Cleaning, General and Electric items)
- Stationery and Printing Items
- Purchase of X-ray Films/CR and related items
- Dental Items
- Medicine used for Mustahiqueen-e-Zakat under Zakat funds

The scope covers a wide range of medical consumables, equipment, and services essential for hospital functioning including emergency medicines, dialysis-related items, medical gases, laboratory chemicals, surgical disposables, and repair services. The procurement also includes non-medical items such as stationery, printing, and cafeteria services, as well as outsourcing of car parking on a monthly rent basis.
Bidders must be registered with the PPRA/DSD and submit bids exclusively through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). All bids must be accompanied by the specified CDR amounts as earnest money for each category. The bidding process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidders should ensure all required documents and certificates are attached and bids are signed and stamped properly.
The last date for submission of bids is 30th June 2027. Bids must be submitted online before the closing date and time. The opening of bids will be conducted in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at 11:30 AM on the specified date. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per KPPRA rules.
