The Tehsil Headquarter (Cat-B) Hospital Dargai Malakand invites sealed online e-bids from PPRA/DSD registered firms for the fiscal year 2026-27 under Single Stage One Envelope Bidding procedure as per KPPRA rules. Items being procured: - Local purchase of Emergency Medicine, Surgical & Vaccines from regular Budget - Schist Subset Program with Dialysis Items in percentage - Medical gas/Oxygen Cylinder/Related Items - Laboratory Chemicals, Apparatus and RR Basis special chemistry Machine - Surgical Disposables, ECG, Ultrasound and OT Items - Other Contingencies (Washing, Cleaning, General and Electric items) - Stationery and Printing Items - Purchase of X-ray Films/CR and related items - Dental Items - Medicine used for Mustahiqueen-e-Zakat under Zakat funds - Repairable Services of Items - Outsourcing of Car Parking Area on Monthly Rent Basis - Bedding, Clothing and protective covering - Cafeteria Services - Purchase of Instruments/Equipments The scope covers a wide range of medical consumables, equipment, and services essential for hospital functioning including emergency medicines, dialysis-related items, medical gases, laboratory chemicals, surgical disposables, and repair services. The procurement also includes non-medical items such as stationery, printing, and cafeteria services, as well as outsourcing of car parking on a monthly rent basis. Bidders must be registered with the PPRA/DSD and submit bids exclusively through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). All bids must be accompanied by the specified CDR amounts as earnest money for each category. The bidding process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidders should ensure all required documents and certificates are attached and bids are signed and stamped properly. The last date for submission of bids is 30th June 2027.
