Tender Description
The Balochistan Institute Child Health Services Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of medicine and related items in Quetta. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014 and requires electronic submission of bids only; no physical bids will be accepted.

- Medicine & related items (Total Item(s) Count: 10)
The procurement scope includes the supply of medicines and related healthcare items essential for child health services. Bidders must ensure compliance with quality standards and timely delivery to the specified location at Quarry Road, Quetta.
Eligibility criteria include having completed 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 4,000,000 in the previous 3 years, a turnover of at least PKR 5,000,000 in the last 3 years, active registration on the Active Taxpayer List, and possession of a valid Sales Tax Certificate. Joint ventures are not allowed. Submission of bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call amounting to 2% of the bid value is mandatory. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.
Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk and the complete bidding documents are also available for viewing on the same website. The last date for bid submission is **20 August 2026 at 10:00 AM** through the supplier dashboard on the EPPS system. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM.
Bids must be submitted electronically only, ensuring all required documents including bid security and tender fee of PKR 1500 are included. The submission address is Quarry Road, Quetta.
