Supply of Medicine and Related Items by Commissioner BESSI Quetta

The Commissioner BESSI Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of medicine and related items. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and requires bidders to be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. Items being procured: - Medicine & related items (Total Item(s) Count: 129) The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan and must possess a valid Drug Sale Licence/authorization issued by the competent authority. Medicines supplied should have at least 75% of their original shelf life remaining at delivery unless otherwise approved. All medicines/products must be genuine, standard-quality, legally registered/approved, and compliant with DRAP requirements. Substandard, spurious, counterfeit, misbranded, adulterated, expired, or unregistered products will be rejected. Complete traceability of all supplied medicines from manufacturer/authorized distributor to the bidder and procuring agency is mandatory. Vendors must establish lawful purchase/supply and warranty chain for the supplied products/batches. Medicines without verifiable supply-chain traceability may be rejected. Eligibility requires assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least 4,500,000 PKR in the last 2 years and active tax payer status. Bid security of 100,000 PKR must accompany bids as a bank guarantee or deposit at call in a scheduled bank. Bids will be evaluated under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedure. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of 1,000 PKR. The last date for bid submission is 21 September 2026 by 01:00 PM. Tender opening will be held the same day at 02:00 PM at the office of the undersigned located at Labour Hall near post office block no 2, satellite town Quetta.
