Supply of Medicine and Related Items for Jam Ghulam Qadir Hospital Hub

The Jam Ghulam Qadir Hospital Hub invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of medicine and related items. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and requires bidders to be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA Government of Balochistan. Items being procured: - Medicine & related items (Total Item(s) Count: 19) The bidding firm must have 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a minimum turnover of PKR 4,000,000 in the previous 2 years and at least PKR 1,000,000 in each of the last 2 years. Firms must be present on the Active Tax Payer List and hold valid sales tax certificates. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bid security of 2% is mandatory and must be submitted as a deposit at call in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. A valid or renewed copy of the drug sale license is required. The maximum delivery period for the supply of items is 30 days. Additional requirements include an affidavit of non-litigation on PKR 100 stamp paper duly attested by a 1st Class Magistrate, confirmation of no pending tax demands or disputes with FBR, and last three years audit reports issued by ICAP-registered audit firms. Shelf life for local products must be at least 75% and 70% for imported products. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned. Issuance of tender documents is from the date of publication until 25 September 2026 during office hours. The last date for bid submission is 25 September 2026 by 10:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the undersigned.
