Supply of Medicine and Related Items for DHQ Hospital Kalat

The Medical Superintendent of District Headquarters Hospital Kalat invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of medicine and related items. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of 3.8 million PKR in the previous 3 years and at least 4 million PKR turnover in the subsequent 3 years. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List and hold a valid Sales Tax Certificate. Joint ventures are not allowed. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Items being procured: - Medicine & related items (Total Item(s) Count: 26) The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope. Bid security of 85,000 PKR must accompany the bids in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Medical Superintendent upon payment of 500 PKR issuance fee from the date of publication until 23 September 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 23 September 2026 till 11:30 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 12:30 PM at the office of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Kalat.
