Supply of Medicine at Safari Zoo Lahore for Financial Year 2026-27

The Punjab Wildlife & Parks Department invites sealed bids through e-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (PPRA Rules) for a framework contract for the supply of medicine at Safari Zoo Lahore for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for medicines required at the Safari Zoo located in Lahore city. Items being procured: - Supply of medicine (estimated bid value Rs. 15.897 Million) Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and the department's e-procurement portal. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. Bidders must be firms, companies, or sole proprietors registered with PPRA and engaged in trading with relevant tax registrations including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and PRA. Electronic bids must be submitted/uploaded through e-PADS before 26-09-2026 at 01:00 PM. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the estimated price in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order. The bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 01:30 PM. Interested bidders may attend the opening meeting at the office of the Deputy Chief Wildlife Ranger, Safari Zoo, Raiwind Road, Lahore. Bid validity will remain for 120 days after opening. Eligible bidders can obtain further information from the office of the Deputy Chief Wildlife Ranger at Safari Zoo Lahore from 10-09-2026 to 23-09-2026 between 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM. The department reserves the right to reject or scrap any or all bids before contract award under PPRA laws.
