The Medical Superintendent of Teaching Hospital Loralai invites sealed bids from well-reputed registered firms, pharmacies, and suppliers engaged in the business of medicines under the Balochistan Health Card Program (BHCP) for Teaching Hospital Loralai. This procurement is specifically for the supply of medicines and consumable items required by the hospital to support patient care and treatment. Items being procured: - Medicines and consumable items as per the list available from the office of the Medical Superintendent during official timings. The technical scope includes supplying medicines with a shelf life of 75%-80% from the date of supply, ensuring all items are registered with DRAP, and maintaining compliance with health department regulations. The procurement process will use a two-envelope system for eligibility and financial bids. Financial quotations must include the lowest rates sustainable for one year. Payment will be made via bank transfer within 120 days of supply completion, subject to verification of consumed supplies and required documentation. Eligibility criteria require the medical store or pharmacy to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), hold a valid drug sale license from the Health Department, and have all supplied items registered with DRAP. Bidders must demonstrate financial capacity with a minimum worthiness of Rs. 10 million and submit a turnover certificate from their bank account. A notarized affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper declaring non-blacklisting or penalties is also mandatory. The submission deadline is 22nd July 2026 by 11:30 AM at the office of the Medical Superintendent, Teaching Hospital Loralai. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day in the presence of the designated procurement committee.
