Supply of Medicines, Medical Gas, Laboratory Reagents, Repair Services, and Stationery for DHQ Hospital Khar Bajaur

The District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) Khar Bajaur is inviting sealed bids for the supply of various essential items and services for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is managed by the Medical Superintendent of DHQ Hospital Khar Bajaur, located in Khar Bajaur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders for local purchase of medicines must have valid drug sale licenses and pharmacists where applicable. Preference will be given to experienced firms and suppliers. Each item requires a separate sealed envelope containing both technical and financial bids. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal before the closing date and time of 20-08-2026 at 10:00 am. The bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 am in the presence of the purchase committee and bidders or their representatives at the Medical Superintendent's office. The successful bidders for emergency and zakat medicines must operate a 24/7 pharmacy near the hospital premises.
