Supply of Medicines, Surgical Disposables, Laboratory Chemicals, Bedding and Medical Items

Services Hospital Peshawar is procuring a comprehensive range of medical and related goods for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement includes medicines, surgical disposables, non-drug items, laboratory chemicals and kit reagents, bedding clothing, medical gases, contingent items, stationery and computer items, dental filling materials, surgical items, ECG rolls, ultrasound jelly, ECG machine cables, chest electrodes, and washing/laundry items. The procurement is specifically for Services Hospital located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The technical scope covers a wide variety of medical and hospital consumables and equipment necessary for hospital operations. Suppliers must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be active on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The submission deadline is strictly by 10:00 AM on 7th July 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal, and manual tenders will not be accepted. The technical committee will open the bids at 11:00 AM on the same day. All required documents including registration certificates, tax certificates, bid security, brochures, and supporting documents must be scanned and uploaded on EPADS. The original bank draft or CDR must be submitted to the office of the undersigned. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on the EPADS portal and to carefully prepare the technical and financial bids in separate envelopes as per the single stage two envelope procedure.
