Supply of Mess Items for Medical and Technical Departments

The Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Islamabad is inviting bids for the supply of mess items for the Medical and Technical Departments for the fiscal year 2026/2027. Items being procured: - 01 Mess items for Medical and Technical Departments (MTD) - 02 Mess items for Student Mess (MTD) - 03 Mess items for Hostel Mess (MTD) The scope of this tender includes the provision of various mess supplies required to support the daily operations of the Medical and Technical Departments, Student Mess, and Hostel Mess at PIMS Islamabad. The materials must meet the quality standards suitable for institutional catering and hospitality services. Eligible bidders should possess relevant experience in supplying mess items to large institutions and must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Compliance with all regulatory requirements and submission of Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory.
