Cantonment Board Peshawar invites electronic bids from well reputed firms, suppliers, and manufacturers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for the provision of specialized testing equipment. Items being procured: - Milk Analyzer/Lactoscan (01 No) with specifications including FAT 0.01-25%, SNF 3-15%, density 1015-1040 kg/m³, protein 2-7%, lactose 0.01-6%, added water 0-70%, freezing point, salts, milk temperature 1-40°C, ultrasonic technology - UVAS Milk Adulteration Testing Kit (01 No), a rapid qualitative screening kit for common milk adulterants, suitable for field and food-safety inspection, designed by University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences - Cooking Oil Testometer (01 No) with TPM 0-40%, temperature range 40-200°C, TPM accuracy ±2%, temperature accuracy ±1.5°C, resolution 0.1% TPM/0.1°C, Bluetooth, Testo Smart App, IP65 rating, 3-colour alarm, approx. 30-second response time - TDS Meter (01 No) with TDS range 0-2,000 ppm, resolution 1 ppm, accuracy ±2% FS, automatic temperature compensation 0-50°C, graphite electrode, automatic calibration, waterproof pocket design The technical scope includes supply of high precision analytical instruments suitable for laboratory and field use in Peshawar. Bidders must be registered with GST, NTN, and STRN and provide 5% bid security in the form of original call deposit from a scheduled bank before the closing date. The financial bidding will be conducted online through the PPRA EPAD system, with tender forms and BOQ downloadable from the PPRA EPADS website. Bids must be submitted via courier or contractor representative sealed in envelopes. Conditional tenders or those without call deposits will not be entertained.
