Supply of Miscellaneous Items for Financial Year 2026-2027 by Commandant Elite Police Training School Lahore

The Commandant Elite Police Training School located on Bedian Road, Lahore invites E-Bids for the purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is based on a framework contract with registered bidders/firms engaged in trading and registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments. Items being procured: - Printing & Publication Items - Computer Stationery - Cost of Medicine - Hot & Cold Items - POL for Generator (Mobil Oil) - POL Charges (Mobil Oil) The total estimated budget for these items is Rs. 14,600,000 with a 2% security deposit required for each category as specified. Bidders must submit a single package containing both technical and financial bids online via the Punjab e-procurement system. The bidding documents, terms, and conditions can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and Punjab e-procurement portal. The bids will be opened on 05.10.2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with tax authorities, compliance with PPRA rules, and submission of earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost via Bank of Punjab 1-Bill invoice system. The contract will be awarded after acceptance of tenders and signing of agreements. Performance guarantees will be refunded upon successful completion.
