Tender Description
The National Grid Company (NGC-North), through its Office of Deputy Manager at the 500kV Grid Station in Sheikhupura, Punjab, is procuring miscellaneous materials required for the major overhauling of nine 500KV circuit breakers manufactured by Siemens. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and involves supplying a comprehensive range of components including main interrupter fix and moveable contact rings, resistor rings, joint protection plates, accumulator piston size Teflon rings, piston cylinder O' rings, Molykote tubes, WD-40, contact cleaner, paints for circuit breakers and supporting structures, and Japanese standard stainless steel nuts and bolts with washers. The materials are to be delivered at the 500KV Grid Station in Sheikhupura within 27 days of contract award.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess relevant PEC categories if applicable. Joint ventures or consortiums with up to two members are allowed. Bidders should have verifiable experience in supplying similar electrical components and must comply with all technical specifications as per the bidding documents.
