Supply of New Street Lights and Material for Maintenance and Repair in Lahore Metropolitan Corporation

The Metropolitan Corporation Lahore invites bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from eligible manufacturers or authorized dealers with a minimum of 5 years overall experience and 5 years relevant experience. Valid registration or renewal with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category is mandatory. Items being procured: - Supply of new street lights (complete fitting with 40-Watt LED bulb) and material for M&R of street lights in UCs No. 15, 16, 17, 22, 25, 29, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38 & 39, NA-118 Ravi Zone, MCL - Supply of new street lights (complete fitting with 40-Watt LED bulb) in UCs No. 24, 26, 27, 28, 31, 40, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 126, 127, 161, 164, 165, 166 & 167, NA-118 Shalamar Zone, MCL - Supply of street light material for M&R of street lights in UCs No. 24, 26, 27, 28, 31, 40, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 126, 127, 161, 164, 165, 166 & 167, NA-118 Shalamar Zone, MCL - Supply of new street lights (complete fitting with 40-Watt LED bulb) and material for M&R of street lights in UCs No. 70, 168, 169, 170 & 171, NA-118 Data Gunj Bakhsh Zone, MCL - Supply of new street lights (complete fitting with 40-Watt LED bulb) and material for M&R of street lights in UCs No. 118, 172, 173 & 185, Gulberg Zone, MC Lahore The total estimated cost is Rs. 160.000 Million. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) e-Procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Bidders must submit their bids on or before 05.10.2026 by 10:30 A.M. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 A.M. Hard copies of bids will not be accepted. Bid security amounting to 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Pay Order or CDR. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for the financial bid opening. Bids must be free from corruption, unreadable content, or viruses as per PPRA Regulations 2024. Tendered rates should be quoted in figures and words, signed as per general directions. Bids are valid for 120 days. No telegraph or postal bids will be accepted.
