Tender Description
The Assistant Director Agriculture Research Office Haizen Turbat Gwadar invites bids for the supply of Nila soil under the Balochistan Sanitary and Irrigation Program 2025. The procurement covers two districts: Turbat and Gwadar. The items being procured include:
- Nila soil for District Turbat (Deputy Commissioner Office) with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,500,000
- Nila soil for District Gwadar (Deputy Commissioner Office) with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,500,000
This tender requires the supply of Nila soil strictly for the specified districts and must comply with the technical specifications outlined by the Agriculture Department. The procurement is governed by the terms and conditions of the Balochistan Sanitary and Irrigation Program. Bidders must submit their applications on Form A by the deadline and provide a valid Earnest Money deposit as per the tender requirements. The technical bid will be evaluated based on the submitted documents including a valid PEC registration and FBR/ATL compliance.
The tender closing dates are 27th August 2026 for Turbat and 28th August 2026 for Gwadar, with submissions to be made at the respective Deputy Commissioner offices. The tender process follows a single stage one envelope system, and late or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to carefully check all documents and ensure compliance with the tender conditions to avoid disqualification.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that the Earnest Money is submitted in the correct form and amount as specified, and that all technical documents are complete and verified before submission. This will help avoid common pitfalls and increase the chances of successful bid acceptance.
