Supply of NIV Drugs to Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Islamabad

The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), located at Bahria Gate, Near SNID Centre, Naval Residential Complex, Sector E-8, Islamabad, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of NIV Drugs. Items being procured include 47 different types of drugs such as PIROXICAM 20 MG tablets, NAPROXEN 250 MG and 500 MG tablets, MELOXICAM 7.5 MG and 15 MG tablets, CELECOXIB 100 MG and 200 MG tablets, LEFLUNOMIDE 10 MG and 20 MG tablets, NIMESULIDE 100 MG tablets, KETOROLAC 30 MG/ML ampoules, METHYL PREDNISOLONE 40 MG ampoules, TRAMADOL HCL ampoules, DICLOFENAC SODIUM 1% tubes, VENLAFAXINE XR 75 MG tablets, PAROXETINE 20 MG tablets, SERTRALINE 50 MG tablets, MIRTAZAPINE 15 MG tablets, CLONAZEPAM 2 MG tablets, TOPIRAMATE 25 MG tablets, ALPRAZOLAM 0.25 MG tablets, BETAMETHASONE + FUSIDIC ACID cream, ACYCLOVIR ointment and cream, TRETINOIN cream, KETOCONAZOLE lotion and cream, TERBINAFINE tablets and cream, and ITRACONAZOLE 100 MG tablets among others. The technical scope requires compliance with detailed specifications as per the DP-2 form and adherence to quality standards including shelf life, packaging, and labeling. Inspection will be conducted by Pakistan Navy Medical Stores Depot at PNS SHIFA Karachi and PNS HAFEEZ Islamabad. Eligibility criteria include valid DGDP registration or willingness to register, Active Taxpayers List (ATL) registration with FBR, and submission of earnest money as per category. The bidding process follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure with technical offers evaluated first, followed by commercial offers of technically qualified firms.
