Supply of Off The Shelf Software for Directorate General Social Welfare Balochistan Quetta

The Directorate General Social Welfare Balochistan in Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of off the shelf software. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and requires bidders to be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB. Items being procured: - Softwares (off the shelf) (Total Item(s) Count: 1) The scope includes supply of software with local office establishment having field and support staff to enable local presence for support, service, and maintenance. Additionally, training of 2 staff members for 1 month to handle the MIS system is required. Bidders must have 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 2,500,000 in 3 subsequent previous years and must be present in the Active Taxpayer List with a valid Sales Tax Certificate. Joint Ventures are not permissible. Submission of bid security amounting to PKR 60,000 in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a tender fee of PKR 1,500 from the date of publication until 20 August 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 20 August 2026 till 10:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the undersigned. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids ensuring all required documents and bid security are included to avoid disqualification.
