Tender Description
Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites sealed quotations from income tax and sales tax registered firms, bidders, and companies for the supply of office and stationery items in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2017 under a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding process. The procurement is for the Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir located in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
Items being procured:
- Office items
- Stationery items
The scope includes supply of quality office and stationery materials as per specifications detailed in the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. Interested bidders must obtain the RFP from the Bank's Head Office upon payment of a refundable fee of Rs. 2000 via Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bankers Cheque in favor of Bank of AJK. The RFP can be collected up to 16-09-2026 during working hours from 9 am to 5 pm.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with NTN (Income Tax and GST), possess relevant tax certificates, and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR CBR. Blacklisted firms or bidders are strictly prohibited from participation and must submit an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted or in conflict with any government entity within the State of Azad Jammu and Kashmir or Pakistan.
The bid security of Rs. 150,000 must be submitted with the bid in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker Cheque in the name of Bank of AJK. Financial bids of technically disqualified bidders will be returned unopened. The technical bids will be opened on 17-09-2026 at 1:00 PM, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled on 5-09-2026 at 12:30 PM at the committee room of the Bank's Head Office.
Bids must be valid for a minimum period of 150 days. The address for submission and opening of tender documents is Manager Establishment Section, Head Office, Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Gojra Bypass Road, Muzaffarabad, AJK. Contact phone numbers are 05822-923004-5.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of both technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes clearly marked as 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL' and 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL' respectively, to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully review the RFP documents for detailed terms and conditions to comply fully with the Bank's requirements.
