Supply of Office Stationery, Papers, Toners, Computer Equipment, Software, Furniture for Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control Islamabad/Rawalpindi

The Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control Islamabad invites sealed tenders from authorized firms and dealers having proper shops and telephone facilities, duly registered with sales tax authorities and possessing valid vendor/NTN numbers. The procurement is for the Financial Year 2026-27 and covers supply of office stationery, papers, toners of photostat machines, toners of computer printers, miscellaneous items, machinery equipment, computer equipment, software, furniture/fixtures, and other related items for the Ministry's offices in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Office Stationery - Papers - Toners for Photostat Machines - Toners for Computer Printers - Miscellaneous Items - Machinery Equipment - Computer Equipment - Software - Furniture/Fixture The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned until 31st August 2026 on payment of Rs. 5000 only. Samples of all stationery, papers, toners, miscellaneous items, and IT equipment must be attached duly stamped and signed with each item, failing which the bidder will be rejected. Original computer printer toners, photostat machine toners, cartridges, drum units, transfer belts, and category will be checked from sole distributors or authorized dealers. Security deposits are required as follows: Rs. 800,000 for stationery, papers, toners, and computer equipment under single stage single envelope basis; Rs. 700,000 for machinery equipment, computer equipment, software, furniture, and fixtures under single stage two envelope procedure. Deposits are to be made in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer / Section Officer (Cash & Accounts), Ministry of Interior. Security deposits will be refunded within a fortnight to unsuccessful bidders and after 30th June 2027 to successful bidders. Rates must be quoted for original and genuine brands valid until 30th June 2027. Sub-standard items will not be accepted and suppliers will be blacklisted as per PPRA rules. Firms must supply/deliver goods on approved rates throughout the financial year and specify given time with their own transport to R Block Pak Secretariat Islamabad. Tender documents must accompany certificates including firm registration, NTN, sales tax registration, vendor number, and bank account/IBAN number. Only typed quotations will be accepted; use of white fluid or overwriting is prohibited. All firms must quote rates on the online e-procurement portal EPADS as well as submit hard copies in the office of the undersigned. Tenders must reach the Section Officer (General), Ministry of Interior & NC, Room #604, R Block Pak Secretariat, Islamabad by or before 31st August 2026 (up to 1030 hours). Tenders will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in Committee Room S Block. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your samples are complete, properly stamped, and signed as incomplete or unsigned samples will lead to rejection. Also, strictly follow the single stage two envelope procedure for machinery and computer equipment to avoid disqualification.
