Supply of Office Stationery, Papers, Toners, IT Equipment, Machinery, Computer Equipment, Software, Furniture for Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control

The Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control Islamabad invites sealed tenders from firms and authorized dealers with proper shops and telephone facilities, duly registered with sales tax authorities and holding vendor numbers/NTN for the supply of office stationery, papers, toners for photocopiers and computer printers, miscellaneous items, machinery equipment, computer equipment, software, furniture, and fixtures for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Office Stationery - Papers - Toners of Photostat Machines - Toner of Computer Printers - Miscellaneous items - Machinery equipment - Computer Equipments - Software - Furniture/Fixture Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned till 31st August 2026 before office hours on payment of Rs. 5000/- only. Samples of all stationery, papers, toners, miscellaneous items, and IT equipment must be attached duly stamped and signed for each item; failure to do so will result in rejection. Original computer printer toners, photostat machine toners, cartridges, drum units, and transfer belts will be checked from sole distributors or authorized dealers. Security deposits are required: Rs. 800,000 for supply of stationery, papers, toners, and computer equipment on a single-stage single-envelope basis; Rs. 700,000 for purchase of machinery equipment, computer equipment, software, furniture, and fixtures on a single-stage two-envelope procedure. Security deposits must be deposited in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer / Section Officer (Cash & Accounts), Ministry of Interior, and will be refunded within a fortnight to unsuccessful bidders or after 30th June 2027 for successful bidders. Bids for machinery equipment, computer equipment, software, furniture, and fixtures must be submitted in two separate envelopes marked 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL' and 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL'. Rates quoted must be for original/genuine brands valid up to 30th June 2027. Sub-standard items will not be accepted and defaulters blacklisted as per PPRA rules. Firms must supply/deliver goods on approved rates throughout the year or as specified on short notice at their own transport to Block Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Required certificates include firm registration, NTN, sales tax registration, vendor number, and bank account/IBAN number. Quotations must be typed; use of white fluid or overwriting is not accepted. Bids must be submitted online via the e-procurement portal EPADS and in hard copy with pay order, stamp paper, rate list, NTN certificate, and GST certificate. An affidavit on stamp paper valuing Rs. 100/- is required confirming the firm is not blacklisted and has no dispute with any government organization. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender wholly or partially and to cancel the contract if items are sub-standard or short in quantity. Sealed tenders must reach the Section Officer (General), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Room # 604, Block R, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad by 31st August 2026 (up to 1030 hours). Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in Committee Room S Block. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all samples are properly stamped and signed as per instructions to avoid disqualification. Also, submit both online and hard copies timely to comply with submission requirements and avoid rejection.
