Supply of Office Stationery, Papers, Toners, Machinery Equipment, Computer Equipment, Software, Furniture/Fixture for Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control

The Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control Islamabad invites sealed tenders from firms and authorized dealers with proper shops and telephone facilities, duly registered with sales tax authorities and possessing vendor numbers/NTN. The suppliers must have Sale/Service Centers in Islamabad/Rawalpindi for the supply of various office and IT related items for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured include: - Office Stationery - Papers - Toners of Photostat Machines - Toner of Computer Printers - Miscellaneous items - Machinery equipment - Computer Equipment - Software - Furniture/Fixture and other related items The tender documents can be downloaded from the Ministry's website www.interior.qov.pk, PPRA website www.ppra.qov.pk, and EPADS portal. Interested parties can obtain the tender list/documents from the office of the undersigned until 31st August 2026 before office hours on payment of Rs.5000. Samples of all stationery, papers, toners, miscellaneous items, and IT equipment must be attached, duly stamped and signed for each item; failure to do so will result in rejection. Original computer printer and photostat machine toners/cartridges/drum units and transfer belts will be verified from sole distributors or authorized dealers. Security deposits are required: Rs.800,000 for stationery, papers, toners, and miscellaneous items under a single stage single envelope basis, and Rs.700,000 for machinery equipment, computer equipment, software, furniture/fixture under a single stage two envelope procedure. Security deposits will be refunded within a fortnight to unsuccessful bidders and after 30th June 2027 to successful bidders. The technical proposal must clearly specify product specifications on separate pages, and the financial proposal must include unit prices, quantities, and total prices including all taxes. Rates quoted must be for original/genuine brands valid until 30th June 2027. Sub-standard items will not be accepted and suppliers will be blacklisted as per PPRA rules. Delivery must be made on approved rates throughout the year or as specified, at the Ministry's premises in R Block Pak Secretariat, Islamabad, using the supplier's own transport. Tender documents must include firm registration certificates, NTN, sales tax registration, vendor number, and bank account/IBAN details. Only typed quotations are accepted; use of white fluid or overwriting is prohibited. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS and hard copies including pay orders, stamp papers, rate lists, NTN and GST certificates must be submitted to the office of the Section Officer (General), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Room #604, R Block Pak Secretariat, Islamabad by 31st August 2026 up to 10:30 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in Committee Room S Block. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender wholly or partially with justifications. Contracts may be cancelled during the year if items are found sub-standard, short in quantity, or not supplied timely, with forfeiture of security and blacklisting of the supplier. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all samples are properly stamped and signed and submit both online and hard copies of bids well before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
