Tender Description

The Press Information Department (PID), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, is inviting sealed tenders from authorized and eligible firms or contractors listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax where applicable. This procurement is for the Financial Year 2026-2027 and covers a comprehensive range of office supplies and related services required by the department. Items being procured: - Office Stationery - Miscellaneous items - Repair of Machinery & Equipments - Repair of Computer, Scanner etc. - Repair of Furniture - Renovation of Office building - Supply of Mineral water - Pictorial Accessories - Maintenance of Generator The scope includes supply of office stationery and miscellaneous items on a need basis, repair and maintenance of machinery, computers, scanners, and furniture, renovation works for the office building, supply of mineral water, pictorial accessories, and generator maintenance. All works and supplies are to be executed as per the provided lists and requirements. Interested firms must have an established operational office in all major cities including Islamabad, be registered with FBR and listed on the ATL for both Income Tax and Sales Tax, and be registered on the PPRA e-PADS Portal. Firms must also provide samples of stationery items as per the provided list; failure to do so will result in disqualification. Supplies must be delivered within 5 days of the work order, and renovation or repair work must be completed within 15 days. Sales tax invoices or bills of entry must be submitted where applicable. The tender documents are available at www.pid.gov.pk and the e-PADS portal. Bidders must submit proposals through the e-PADS portal only, duly signed and stamped. A security deposit of 5% of the quoted price in the form of a Pay Order in favor of the Drawing & Disbursing Officer, PID, Islamabad, must be uploaded. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted.
