Tender Description
The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, located in Micro Plaza, Paris Road, Sialkot Zone, is procuring a comprehensive range of office stationery items. This procurement covers various essential supplies including air fresheners, gel pens, box files, batteries, calculators, carbon paper, computer paper, binder clips, dust bins, dusters, sponges, drafting pads, erasers, file trays, tumblers, gum sticks, highlighters, jugs, markers, paper reams, lead pencils, paper clips, paper pins, pin pokers, paper cutters, pin removers, punch machines, ribbons, rubber bands, registers, scales, scotch tape, paper tape, sharpeners, stamp pads, staplers, stapler pins, tissue paper, foot mats, dish washing powder, and heavy duty punch machines.
The procurement is managed by the HR & Admin Department of State Life Insurance Corporation. Bidders must be reputable office stationery suppliers registered with the Sales Tax department, possessing their own offices and valid phone/fax numbers. Samples of each item must be submitted before the tender closing time and will be examined on the bid opening date. Only quality samples matching the specifications will be considered. Partial quotations for some items will not be accepted; however, the most advantageous bidder for each item will be considered individually.
Earnest Money of PKR 50,000 is required in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favor of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan. Performance Security of 5% of the qualified tender value will be required from the successful bidder. The bid security envelope must be clearly marked with the tender number. The delivery schedule requires supply within 15 days of the supply order issuance to the stationery store at the Zonal Office Building, 3rd Floor.
Bids must be submitted through the EPADS platform only; submissions outside EPADS will not be entertained. The bid opening will take place on June 17, 2026, at 11:45 hrs in the office of the Incharge HR & Admin Department. The rate validity extends until December 31, 2026. Income Tax and General Sales Tax will be deducted at source as per government rules.
