Supply of Office Stationery and Others Store Items for Islamabad Model College for Girls (PG)

The Islamabad Model College for Girls (PG), G-10/4, Islamabad invites bids through E-Procurement from reputed firms registered with active General Sales Tax & Income Tax numbers and listed on the active tax payer list (ATL) of FBR. The procurement is for supply of various items under PPRA rules 2004 amended from time to time. Items being procured: - Office Stationery (List of items attached) - Others Store items (List of items attached) The procurement will follow the Single Stage- One Envelope method where bids must contain separately sealed financial and technical proposals. Bidders must submit/upload bids complete with Name, CNIC, GST number, and detailed experience with government or semi-government organizations. The proposals must be submitted on the E-PAD portal by 11:00 AM on 21-10-2026. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at the office of Islamabad Model College for Girls (PG), G-10/4, Islamabad. In case of unavoidable circumstances, the tender will be opened the next working day as per schedule. A certificate and affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted must be submitted. Earnest money of 3% of the estimated value must be deposited via Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of IMCG (PG) G-10/4, Islamabad and uploaded with the bids through E-pad. The original earnest money must be submitted in the account office before 10:00 AM on 21-10-2026. The office reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per PPRA Rule 33(1). Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals separately and ensure timely submission on the E-PAD portal to avoid disqualification.
