Sindh Bank Limited is procuring Supply and Personalization of PayPak Hari Debit (EMV + NFC) Cards in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement involves supplying 500,000 dual interface debit cards with specifications including JavaCard 3.0.4 platform, EMV compliance, Mifare compatibility, and magnetic stripe encoding.
