Supply of PPC Machine with Trolley, MM Projector Screen, Interactive Flat Panel Display and UPS 3KVA

The National Business School (NBS) at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) Islamabad is procuring advanced office and IT equipment including a PPC Machine with trolley, MM Projector Screen, Interactive Flat Panel Display, and UPS 3KVA. This procurement is specifically for Islamabad and aims to enhance the technological infrastructure of the institution. The technical scope includes supply and delivery of multifunctional copier machines with network printing and scanning capabilities, manual projector screens sized 8 feet by 6 feet, 86-inch Android-based interactive flat panel displays with multi-touch and AI voice tracking camera features, TOA amplifiers, wireless microphone systems, and UPS units with pure sine wave output and backup time of approximately 3 hours. All equipment must meet detailed specifications as per Annex-A and come with warranties ranging from one to two years. The supplier must also provide after-sales service including spare parts availability for at least five years. Eligible bidders must be authorized suppliers, OEMs, or distributors with NTN and active ATL status in FBR records. They should have modern facilities and demonstrate financial strength through audited statements and bank statements. OEM authorization and a valid authorization letter are mandatory. Firms must not be blacklisted and should submit earnest money equal to 3% of the total bid value. Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS system with a sealed hard copy of the technical bid and earnest money at the time of technical bid opening. The submission deadline is 23 June 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of NBS-NUST Islamabad. Bidders should ensure all documents including technical specifications, financial quotations, tax certificates, and company profiles are complete and signed. Late submissions or incomplete bids will be rejected. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully follow the single stage two envelope procedure and ensure the earnest money pay order/bank draft is correctly marked and submitted with the financial bid. This will avoid disqualification and streamline the evaluation process. Also, ensure that all quoted items are not declared end of sale or end of life to meet NUST standards.
