Bolan Mining Enterprises (BME) invites renowned contractors, bidders, and companies registered with the Sales Tax Department, Income Tax Department, and active on the FBR Taxpayer List to submit sealed bids/proposals for multiple supply tenders. These tenders cover a wide range of goods and materials required for BME mine sites located in Khuzdar and Pachinkoh-Nokkundi, as well as the BME Head Office in Quetta, Balochistan. Items being procured: - Pre Fabricated Toilets as per BOQ for BME Mine Site Khuzdar - Water well boring and supply, installation of 42 KW solar system for BME Mine Site Khuzdar - Spares of Three Grinding Mills (BM-10, MTM-160 & MTW-175Z) for BME Site Khuzdar - Misc Items including Shovel Pic Axe Hand tools, Wheel Barrows, Seal wire & Lead, Car Paint & Thinner, Tent Tarpaulin and HSE Items for BME Site Pachinkoh-Nokkundi - Stationery items for BME Head Office Quetta and BME Site Khuzdar - Canteen/Grocery items for BME Head Office Quetta and BME Site Khuzdar - IT related items (chargers, adapter, network cables, cartridges, external drive etc) for BME Head Office Quetta and BME Site Khuzdar - Misc Electrical Items (Circuit breakers, Electrical Items and Electrical cables etc) for BME Head Office Quetta and BME Site Khuzdar - Medicines for BME Site Khuzdar - Misc Paints as per specs/BOQ for BME Site Khuzdar - Misc Items (lamination wooden sheets, Angle Iron, Parts of Trucks, Batteries, Sanitary items etc) for BME Site Khuzdar The scope includes supply as per BOQ, specifications, drawings, and tender documents for the respective sites. Bidders must be registered and active taxpayers with relevant experience and must submit a bid security of 2% of the total bid value. Tender documents are available for PKR 5,000 each, payable via pay order or online through Allied Bank Ltd. Tender documents can be collected and bids submitted at BME House, 3 B & 8 B Model Town, Quetta, Balochistan during working hours (9 AM to 5 PM) from 7th to 14th September 2026. The bid submission deadline is on or before 22nd September 2026 at 3:00 PM, with bid opening at 3:30 PM the same day. Bidders should clearly mention the tender number and item details on the sealed envelope. No bid will be accepted without bid money. BME reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
