Tender Description
The National Bank of Pakistan (LCMG) invites sealed electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for the Supply of Printed Material (Printed Stationery) for its branches and departments in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. This procurement is divided into three independent lots: Lot 1 for Karachi, Lot 2 for Lahore, and Lot 3 for Islamabad. Bidders may participate in one or more lots as per their capacity.
Items being procured include a comprehensive range of printed stationery such as Debit Vouchers, Credit Vouchers, Objection Memos, Deposit Slips (English & Urdu), Debit/Credit Advice, Arms Licenses, Transaction Forms (English & Urdu), Printed Voucher Covers, Account Opening Forms (Conventional and Islamic), Specimen Signature Cards, various denominations of Re-Issue, Soiled, and Rejected Cards in multiple colors and values, Application Forms for Banker Cheques, Key Fact Sheets, Schedule of Charges booklets, Signature Cards, and ATM Thermal Paper Rolls for Diebold and NCR machines among others.
The technical specifications require high-quality materials such as imported white offset paper, NCR paper, and superior quality cards with specific sizes, color printing, binding, and finishing as per the Bank's specimen. The delivery schedule is 180 calendar days from the contract signing date. Bidders must have proven experience with at least three similar contracts of minimum Rs. 30 million each in the last three years, maintain an office in Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad, and have a minimum turnover of Rs. 100 million over the last three years.
Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Original bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline to the Procurement Division at the NBP Head Office, Karachi. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bidders are advised to carefully review all bidding documents and ensure compliance with eligibility and technical criteria.
