Supply of PVC Electrical Cables 2-Core 10mm² and 4-Core 25mm² to IESCO Regional Stores Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Rajjar & Wah

IESCO invites E-Bids for the year 2026-27 from firms and manufacturers registered with DISCOs, PPMC, WAPDA, NGC (formerly NTDC), and FBR having valid prototype approval if applicable. The supply is on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores located in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Rajjar, and Wah. Items being procured: - PVC 2-Core, 10mm² Cable Lot-I: 2000 Km - PVC 2-Core, 10mm² Cable Lot-II: 3000 Km - PVC 4-Core, 25mm² Cable: 300 Km The materials shall conform to relevant WAPDA/NTDC specifications amended to date. Bidders must submit bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS Version 2.0) portal online at http://www.epads.gov.pk and upload all mandatory information as required in the bidding documents. The tender opening will be held on 19.10.2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of participants or their authorized representatives at the office of Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Head Office, G-7/4 Street No.40, Islamabad. Eligibility requires valid prototype approval if applicable, and bidders must submit bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan with rating A+ or above, valid for 90 days. Bids must be for full tender quantity; partial bids will not be accepted. Prices quoted must be firm, final on FCS basis, and inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties. Bids shall remain valid for 60 days from the tender opening date. In case of government holidays or strikes causing office closure on the scheduled date, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
