Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Islamabad, is inviting sealed bids for the supply of PVMS Drugs as per the detailed schedule attached in the tender documents. This procurement is specifically for the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) located in Islamabad Capital Territory. The scope includes supply of various pharmaceutical items listed under PVMS Drugs with strict adherence to quality and shelf life requirements. The medicines must have a minimum of 70% remaining shelf life at delivery, with exceptions for certain surgical disposables and lab kits. The supplier is responsible for providing Analysis Reports and ensuring proper packaging and labeling as per Drugs Act 1976. Delivery is scheduled quarterly from 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027, with a minimum take-up of 75% of contracted quantities by the consignee.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with DGDP or willing to register, possess valid NTN and GST registration, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Firms must submit earnest money in the form of CDR as per prescribed rates and provide all required documentation including valid licenses, GMP certificates, and ISO certifications. Technical and commercial offers must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes following the Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure.
