Supply and Repair of Mechanical Transport Spares for Pakistan Navy Vehicles

The Pakistan Navy invites sealed quotations from firms registered with the Ministry of Defence Production (MODP) and Pakistan Navy, as well as reputed GST-registered firms, for the supply and repair of mechanical transport spares for various naval vehicles based in Karachi. This procurement includes comprehensive body dent and paint work, repair and replacement of fuel and water tanks, dashboard repairs, brake and leaf spring work, steering system repairs, PTO work, wiring and lighting inspections, engine overhauling, radiator replacements, and seat repairs. Items being procured: - Vehicle No 9450 PN Nissan Fuel Bowzer Model 2007: Complete body dent & paint work, fuel tank repair & paint, dashboard repair/replacement, brake & leaf spring work, steering system & PTO work - Vehicle No 9799 PN Isuzu Water Bowzer Model 2017: Complete body dent & paint work, water tank repair & paint, dashboard repair/replacement, brake & leaf spring work, steering system & PTO work - Vehicle No 4305 PN Hino Mini Bus Model 2008: Complete body dent & paint work, removal of extra MS plate of bulletproof vehicle, complete wiring work, brake & hand brake work, leaf spring & steering work - Vehicle No 9483 PN Isuzu Fuel Bowzer Model 2009: Complete body dent & paint work, water tank repair & paint, dashboard repair/replacement, brake & leaf spring work, wiring/lighting inspection & repair/replacement, steering system & PTO work - Vehicle No 5463 PN Nissan Truck 05 Ton Model 2003: Engine back compression overhaul, radiator replacement, leaf spring work, brake system defect repair - Vehicle No 4305 PN Hino Mini Bus Model 2008: Complete engine overhauling, radiator replacement - Vehicle No 4234 PN Hino Mini Bus Model 2001: Complete dent & paint work, complete wiring work, replacement of inner Formica sheet, seat repair & replacement The scope covers detailed mechanical and bodywork repairs at the Pakistan Navy's Mechanical Transport Repair Office (MTRO) located at NSSD West Wharf Road, Karachi. Bidders must ensure the quality and authenticity of spare parts, competitive pricing, and minimum delivery lead time. Firms must be registered with MODP/Pakistan Navy and GST compliant. Tender documents can be collected from MTRO Karachi during working hours except weekends and holidays upon payment of Rs. 500/- as tender document fee via Cross Cheque or Pay Order in favor of Yard Service Improvement Fund. Offers must remain valid for at least 90 days from bid opening. Sealed quotations must be submitted to the Manager Mechanical Transport (MMT), MTRO by 25-09-2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Public Procurement Rules 2004.
