The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Regional Tax Office-II Karachi, invites reputable firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board with ATL status to supply and provide services for a wide range of items and maintenance works. This procurement covers multiple categories including stationery, printing, uniforms, computer stationery, machinery repair, furniture repair, hardware repair, IT equipment repair, vehicle repair, janitorial and security services, and building maintenance for both office and residential buildings. Items being procured: - Supply of Stationery Items - Printing & Publication of different Articles - Supply of Uniform & Protective Clothing - Supply of Other Miscellaneous/General Store Items - Supply of Computer Stationery Items - Repair of Machinery Items - Repair of Furniture Items - Repair of Hardware Items - Repair of IT Equipment Items - Repair of Vehicles - Providing Janitorial and Conservancy Services/Security Services - Supply of Mineral Water - Repair and Maintenance of Office Building - Repair and Maintenance of Residential Building The scope includes supply and repair services at Inland Revenue House and other designated locations in Karachi. Bidders must submit bids online via the EPADS 2.0 e-procurement portal and also submit hard copies by 11:00 AM on 13-10-2026. Earnest money in the form of a Pay Order equivalent to 5% of the total bid value is mandatory. Firms must have valid NTN, SRB, EOBI, SESSI certificates, and experience of at least 5 years in relevant fields. Security services require a three-year contract with proper manpower and equipment. Bids will be opened on 13-10-2026 at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room at Inland Revenue House, Karachi. Manual bids are not accepted. All government taxes will be deducted as per rules. Successful bidders must supply items within 5 working days and bids remain valid until 30-06-2027. Payment will be made upon satisfactory supply and clearance of bills from AGPR Sub-Office Karachi.
