Supply of Repair of Transport and Miscellaneous Items to Directorate of Education Planning Gilgit-Baltistan

The Directorate of Education Planning Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders from well reputed registered Government Contractors and suppliers for the supply of items during the financial year 2026-27 in Gilgit city. Items being procured: - Repair of Transport - Others/Miscellaneous The tender is divided into two categories: Category A for Repair of Transport with bidding documents priced at Rs. 2000 and an opening time of 10:00 AM on 3rd September 2026, and Category B for Others/Miscellaneous with the same bidding document price and opening time at 11:00 AM on the same date. A call deposit of Rs. 30,000 is required for each category. Registered firms and contractors with at least 3 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply. Bidders must have their own workshop, shop, or outlet within Gilgit city. The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope system as per GB PPRA rules 2022. Call deposit must be submitted in the form of a CDR from any scheduled bank including KCBL, in the name of Director Education Planning Gilgit-Baltistan, attached with the tender submission. Late submissions and blacklisted firms will not be entertained. The Education Department GB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with valid reasons. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned until 2nd September 2026 during office hours. The tender notice is also available on www.gbpra.org.pk.
